I believe that she has learned from the glitch and that she is actually a really good business owner!
We got our 2012 taxes done through this Liberty tax, we were both active military at the time living in MO state but neither one of us had “residence” in MO. I was a different state and my husband was another state. My husband was stationed overseas at this time and I had just got out of the military, so I took our taxes that year to this Liberty Tax. This year, 2015 we got audited on my state taxes and codes were all messed up. Well, we had moved since 2012 so we went to the Liberty Tax currently close to us. It took them 2 weeks to tell us that what we needed was an amendment, and they were going to charge us. So we called Liberty tax corporate (since we tried to call the MO store but the number we had from the return was now disconnected) and were told that each center in individually owned and operated so we would need to discuss the issue with the one (this one) that we got the taxes done at. The manager at the MO store finally got a hold of us after the "72-hour period" (we were told by corporate they would contact us within that timeframe- ended up having to call corporate again to leave another message). The manager was nice to talk to and tried to do the amendment for us, but it was wrong again and since its not tax season... and we kept getting the run around... when our fine was almost due, we decided to get it looked at somewhere else. We ended up having to pay because when the taxes were corrected we ended up having to pay back some of the refund that we had recieved.
Liberty Tax Corporate is a joke- they just have you, the customer, try to figure it out between the places. I would think still as a corporation they would make sure that the 2 were getting together to get things figured out, after all it is their "name" on their individually owned stores.

In the end, we realized that mistakes happen, its part of buisness, but the difference is that she handled it a lot better then her counterpart Liberty Tax services and she showed patience with us and good customer skills through the long process.
So even though it was a CRAPY experience still giving her 5 stars because like I said, mistakes happen and how you deal with it really shows what kind of company you are! She passed the hard scale with flying colors!
Anyway, so the situation finally got worked out and we owed- which sucked. However, the owner of this Liberty tax does have a clause that she will do your taxes for the following year (which we don't live there anymore so weren't interested in that), so she ended up paying us back on the cost that we spent getting our taxes done there.
