I had the same experience as Stormy Clark with my debit card replacement problem insofar as telephone efforts went. Now I'm not so sure I want to go into the office for one.

Helpful, honest banking. Gone there my whole life, since I first had my own account (that I remember, anyway).
Someone stole my debit card. Called to cancel and it was an automated system no way to talk with anyone. Left a message only to never be contacted. Went to bank of sat and sat for 2 1/2 hours till close just to sign a paper and get a new card. Ridiculous!
