I used to love this store when I was in college. It was always SO cute, the clothes were crazy affordable and the girls were super sweet. However, since moving, I have continued to follow them online and shop that way. I loved the idea of being able to get cute clothes for cheap still AND support a local business from my hometown. But my experiences have not been the same since I left. I am not sure if they came under new management or what, but the service is literally the most awful experience I have ever had at a store... EVER. In person, there is not a lot to mess up. You check people out, help them try on, etc. But when it comes to online orders, their service falls off and they have no idea how to deal. In every case that I have ordered off line from them, I have NEVER gotten my items in a timely manner. I have had to message them and remind them to send it to me. Still, I could look past that. But on my most recent order, they didnt ask my address and ended up sending my package to my old address. It got returned to them, and no one let me know. So I paid for the item, and never got it. At the time, I was also working with their lady who makes custom shirts, Amy. I mentioned to her I never got my item, she took my new address and assured me it would be put in the mail the next day. It never came. In the meantime, Amy put me off day after day about my shirt order, told me she was sick, promised me she would get to me on Monday, never did, etc. When I finally advised her that I would be going to someone else, she got it together and showed me designs etc. So I agreed to let her do it. I also messaged the store again after 10 days of still no package and they told me they needed my address that I already provided. I was a little peeved at this, and they said: " We can just refund your card then" I didnt ask them to. I didnt even implicate I didnt want the item. That was their resolution to an upset customer. They didnt take any time to apologize for inconvenience, to offer to make it right, nothing. When I called them, a manager was NEVER in and never called me. I finally got a store manager one night and told her everything that was going on. I was told by Amy I would be refunded and sent the item anyway, and 7 days after that still nothing. I did finally get the store manager to refund my card, and then to make it right they offered me 10% off my NEXT order. First, taking $1-$2 off an order if not a fix, and there is NO way I would be ordering again. In the end, the service was awful the entire time, I never got my item, it took three weeks to get my money back, my shirts were designed well but the purple shirt was pink and all of the shirts looked exactly the same style even though they offered different styles to us. And Amy never apologized for offering terrible service either. I will not be shopping here again, needless to say.
LOVE this place!! So many cute clothes and for a great price!! Very cute store, one of the best shops in Warrensburg!
