The doctors are good, but they NEVER answer the phone. If you want an appointment, leave a voicemail. You might get a call back in a few hours...or not. It's more efficient to drive there and make your appointment in person. Need a question answered? Good luck. They may not return your call for days. Need a refill? That can take a week. If good communication is a requirement for you, go somewhere else.
This is the longest I've ever waited to see the doctor.. People have come and gone.. Been 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting to be seen.. I had to sign a form about being late to appointments and they should practice what they preach...
I go to Dr. Douglas Anderson, but would honestly see any of the providers at CFSM for my care! They are all extremely knowledgeable, caring providers who are dedicated to the success of their community!
Dr Brewington was absolutely great, but I can't say the same about the suport staff. No one answers the phone. It goes to boice mail and my call wasn't returned for four hours. When I called for a follow-up appointment, no one returned my call.
