There were three stylists. One customer checking out. My wife walks in and requests a haircut for two kids and I. Stylist says "No. No. We don't have time today."
I have been going to SmartStyle since I moved to Warrensburg 3 years ago. Staff is always friendly and polite. Also there is usually a short wait time and sometimes even no wait time for appointments!
