My daughter and I both used this clinic when we lived in Warrensburg. The nursing staff and doctors have always been warm and welcoming, and I have never had to wait more than one day to get an appointment. The doctors were always great to my daughter, (she's only 3) and she was never scared to go see them. I highly recommend this clinic
Nice people but they diagnosis my two boys with bed bugs and find out 2 weeks later at the doctors office that they had scabies which I first thought this. My boys are far worse then what they were two weeks ago. I will never bring my boys there again.
I went here to get my foot checked out because I've had some pain in it for a couple of weeks. The doctor came in told me to stand on a piece of paper on the floor, took one look and said "there's your problem you have flat feet" then leaves after telling me that I need to buy shoes with arches. She never once touched my foot to see if there was anything wrong with it. I tried to explain to her that I've never had a problem like this before and it recently started but she wouldn't listen.
While the nursing staff is very caring and thorough the Dr didn't seem to care about patient. Went in on a Sunday because my daughter had been running a 103 fever all night. Told the Dr her throat was extremely swollen and had puss pockets on her tonsils. Also that strep was going around her school and she had previously had it. The Dr barely looked at her throat. Did not swab her throat or check her for anything else. Said it was probably just swollen from drainage. I took my daughter to the Dr Monday cause she continued to have the fevers and the Dr immediately diagnosed her with strep after an exam followed by a confirmed strep test. Extremely poor Dr care. Do not recommend going here.
Just got home with my oldest son. He was swabbed for strep but it was negative. He was currently without a fever but has had it earlier this week. Had some drainage, stomach pains, fever, sneezing and coughing. I have the same symptoms but he was the one being seen since he was worse and had issues longer. The quack of a doctor told us it was allergies. This lady has no idea what allergies looks like, my youngest son has allergies and has taken shots for years. I know what allergies are and it's certainly not it. We cannot both have the same crud at the same time and never been treated or diagnosed with allergies. Please, save your HOUR and MONEY and seek care elsewhere.
