I received my prenatal care here and loved each of the providers I saw, they took time to explain everything to me. Everyone one was so friendly and always so helpful. I loves my nurse Abby. And Angie who answers the phone was always available to help me with my questions.
I went here in the beginning of my pregnancy and was almost totally disreguarded by my provider. It is also very hard to actually talk to anyone other than an answering machine when you call. For a smaller center, I've had better luck communicating with a much larger center in the fact that they will return any call urgent or not within an hour whereas with this place I've waited a few days then had to call back even after leaving a message. And my biggest complaint is that since I've changed providers, the person I saw here is supposed to release my records and test result to my new provider to make sure all was well but she has failed to do so even with me signing not one but two documents requesting them to do so. And because of their lack of action neither my providers nor myself have ever known the results of any test results from the beginning of my pregnancy.
I'm barely even giving them a star. If there was a dot I'd choose that other than a full star. Along with not being able to talk to anyone and always getting put to a machine, it's a very poorly run clinic. Small town should be more upscale and updated!!!!! Horrible experience!
