Have lost $200.00 worth of clothing. Told me I picked it up. Stained military uniform. Said I did it. New employee almost every time I go in. Sadly ran business. Would not trust them with a washer and dryer. Stay away.
A manager there is ALWAYS rude to her employees. Each time I am there she is always on her phone. And when her new employee asks her questions she always gets mad and extremly rude to her. Horrible customer service.
Said my suit would be ready monday. I show up @430pm and it isn't there. So I come in the next morning at 7am the time the store opens to see if she dropped it off yet, and the store is still not open even though there is a company van parked outside. Called other store in town and got a girl who was very nice and offered to contact manager. Owner/operators do not seem to be able to get it together but employee was nice
Awful. It's not very good business to have a sign that says you open at 8 and to not open at 8. Currently writing this from their parking lot at 8:45 and it still isn't open. Absolutely ridiculous! Because of this, I am going to be late to an event that was very important to me.
