Great place to stay. Rooms great. Staff great.
Stayed here two nights in December (2017); it is a new hotel so everything was clean. The rooms were very comfortable and equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and small coffee maker. The hotel has a small fitness room with a couple of treadmill and elliptical machines and a rack of dumbbell weights. The free breakfast was standard, hot and cold cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, toast, and make your own waffles. There are a few restaurants nearby, mostly fast food, but most of the local eateries are a short drive downtown near the University of Central Missouri. The staff was very friendly and even helped us with directions to some good local BBQ.

The Fairfield Inn in Warrensburg is a new hotel, finished in 2017, I believe. The decor is nice and everything is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, even offering to have the maid service leave tea in my room each day. Breakfast was decent: eggs, bacon and turkey sausage, yogurt, waffles, breads, fruit, etc. I was surprised to see organic sugar and other healthier options. Our room faced west and had a beautiful sunset view. Easy to find, easy access.
This place is awesome. The staff was so kind, everything was modern, clean, and easy to use. Even little things like using Paul Mitchell products in the bathrooms was appreciated. Would recommend this place to anyone needing to stay a few nights in Warrensburg
