Fast friendly staff, definitely the best Jimmie John's location I've been to. Only had a couple issues in 3 years. But Managers always quick to correct.

Ordered a sandwich and cookie for delivery. Total was $9.50. I gave the driver a $10 and he said "thank you" and walked out before I could even ask for my change. I know it's only 50 cents, but it is the principle of it. Maybe I needed those quarters and I would have handed you a dollar instead. You should never assume the change is yours!!! Sandwich was good though!!
