Waited in line for over half an hour because they only had one worker selling tickets. Finally get to the front of the line and they wouldn’t let me buy tickets without an ID for a rated R movie. I’m 29. I haven’t been carded for anything in years. If we hadn’t waited so long and the movie wasn’t already 15 minutes in, it maybe wouldn’t have bothered me so much, but good grief!!

The website advertises $5 Tuesday. When we arrived the girl said to go to concessions to get our tickets. Jacob at concessions asked if we wanted to join some club to 'save money on tickets'. We said, "no thanks" since we are just in town for a couple days. After charging us $11.18 for each ticket, we asked about the $5 Tuesday. He said that was only with the club. This appears to be false advertising and instead of $10 we spent $23. After handing us the receipts, he didn't even bother to tell us which way to our theater. The theater floor was dirty from the last movie. Very unimpressed with the staff, rate policy and cleanliness of this theater.

Definitely not the most impressive movie theater ever. Last time we were there we arrived 10 minutes early for our movie, only to find the movie had already started. Not just the previews or the part where they tell the millenials to put their cellphones away for 90 minutes. I had to go have them restart the movie, only to further irritate the youngsters.

Haven't really been there since August and even then was only watching the movie. Yesterday went in and the Lobby was really cold (it was 2:30 in the afternoon place had been open for awhile). Since changing to AMC prices on tickets and food have gone up. No more matinee price, but if you are stub member on Tuesday between 4-5:30 you get a discount. Bathrooms smelled bad 3 out of 5 urinals broken 2 out of 3 paper towel dispensers broken. Staff very indifferent no smiles or anything. Now inside the movie seats were normal theaters seats so no problem there. The movie starts up and first couple minutes of the actual film had to deal with shadows over the picture. The movie seating area was warm. Movie had no other problems then the start. Overall this place needs a lot of work.

It's consistent with what I expect of a theater, and with the usual AMC quality. My only gripe, is that twice we've gone and the AC was out in the auditorium. The first time wasn't that bad, but the second time it was unbearable. Many people left before the end of the movie, including us. Not a a terrible gripe, nothing they could do immediately. However, they should have offered money back or free tickets. I had to ask, and while they did compensate back, offering it up front would have come across more courteous. Nothing serious, just nitpicking
