It makes me sad that this company doesn't have a five star review but I guess it depends on the driver. I can say, If your driver is Rufus, you can count on this man to not just be on time, but early. This man is professional, thorough, kind, and he knows what he's doing AND he's got your back!!! When somebody can you in the eyes and tell you they've got you, you know you can trust them! OUr packing company was a disaster and he took it upon himself to call and make sure that things got done! He called the day before and told us what time he would be there and arrived 15 minutes early . Rufus then got my home across the country in record time just as he promised. He was there the day before he said he would be there! And again arrived 15 min early the day we unloaded. He was in direct in communication with me which is rare when it comes to a driver. A lot of people just want to do the basics of their job these days, Rufus went over and above for us and he didn't Have to. You can tell, that's just how he operates. He was so nice, if you can request a driver this is the man you want moving your things! He's great and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! Thank you Rufus, if you ever read this! You TRULY are the BEST!!!!
They're very courteous to truck drivers who live in the area they allow you to get a parking permit to park in the open lot if you live in Warrensburg very helpful when you're in over-the-road driver to be able to park really close to your home
DO NOT USE. Broke items, lost items, showed up late, delivered late. Rude workers, drivers had no control over their team of workers. Made excuses, blamed their headquarters for showing up late. When I asked them to be quiet at 9 pm because my 18 month old daughter going to sleep, they gave attitude and didn't change. Left trash and tools at the house and had to return with goods that were shipped somewhere else.
Really bad experience. My furniture was delivered broken. I wouldn’t recommend it to nobody.
Rude, late, unorganized, and unreasonable claims.Arrived late, packed longer than they said it would take. Arrived with goods after they said they would. Unpacked longer than they said they would. Dumped boxes on ground, including folded clothes and office supplies. Broke items, lost items. Over 1,000 in damage/loss. Fought over the amount and took the word of an un-named agent who found empty boxes that never made it to my house.
