For most of our visits had good food and service but last visit the server didn't even come back to table after we ordered and our food was cold. Had to go get our ticket from server so we could go and server chuckled when I said we didn't have a good visit and she didn't even get a Manger when we complained paid the full ticket for food we didn't eat because of being cold
The boysenberry is top-notch. 5 star quality. Highly recommend that boysenberry.
I am from the St. Louis area, and I have been to plenty of IHOPS. Why are the portions so ridiculously small? I am used to my whole plate being completely full. It's almost like "diet" portions. Also, the wait time for food and service takes too long. I shouldn't have to hunt my server down to ask for more to drink. I'll wait until I visit home again to go to another IHOP, so that I ensure I get my money's worth.
Butter pecan ain't got what it takes against the fierce and tangy boysenberry.
Now for the third time in a row my wife and I have waited 30 minutes (and waiting) to just be acknowledged by my server to order drinks. This place has good food but nothing else going for it. Don't waste your time going here and go to country kitchen instead where at least if you wait long for food you will at least get drinks
This was the first time in our visit there that we had the best waitress. Her name was Cara. WE didn't have to ask for a thing. She was very professional and friendly. WE eat there quite a lot. So if go there ask for her. The food is always good.
