Ryan is very professional, upfront, kind and trustworthy. We have had bad experiences with another roofer in the area that took our money did a crappy job and never made good on his guarantee of work. Everyone I dealt with from Morton Roofing was very professional, honest, and looked out for my best interest. The Ryan Morton, who came to my home to offer a proposal was very detailed and continued to assist me throughout the process. The process on the day the roof was completed was exactly as I had been told it would be. The crew was efficient and effective. They cleaned up so well that no roofing material was found left anywhere. Ryan dealt with my insurance company and convinced my insurance to cover additional expenses to get the job done properly. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Morton Roofing is a company that tells you what they are going to do and then does it very, very well. I could not be more pleased with the work that was done.
Ryan was quick with responding to my call. Immediately I felt like Ryan was someone I could trust. He was upfront and honest with me about everything. He dealt with and contacted the insurance company for me sending estimates and invoices so I didn't have to do a thing! He was very patient and easy to work with. Did I mention our roof looks fantastic!!! He even fixed a leak we didn't know we had at no additional charge!
