I recently bought a used swisher mower that been stored outside . It needed lots of TLC. The previous owner try to rebuild but was unsuccessful. My first thought was to I.D. the unit,disassemble,make a list of parts and get them ordered.The previous owner broke some parts trying to get it apart.Causing me to get some replacement part from the factory.I place my ordered for a couple of new spendals.When i received them i mic them to make sure everything was the same . It was not. The bearing fits was .003 undersized The old ones where right on size. I came to your company trying to get some replacements for my replacements. Your parts people did know what to do so they had another person call me back when he finally got in the office. The problem was he told me that the parts were on size by there prints and was trying to tell me, a guy with 35 years of micing bearing fits ,that a bearing lose lose on the shaft was ok . That if he sent me new parts they would be just as bad as what i got. He said that swisher did not make most of there parts .That they contact them out and their prints stated +-.002. I said no you mean +- .0002. he said no +-002. so i had to peen and lock tight to keep my bearings in place.Ive never peen a part in my 35 years of doing business. it was a bad in our shop even our secretary said she knew that was wrong and laugh at your incompetence and lack of knowledge The customer service was bad.Management i would have fired the guy that give me such line line of bull. I thought i might had caught a big screw up and was help correct a problem, but found out you done it on purpose. Instead of my in the USA. your sign should say half assed in the USA with China made parts If i need parts in the future i'll know to go to my local machine shop and have them made in the USA by the people that know something . Good luck on sell all of those defected parts

Picked up a load. They were easy to deal with. Got loaded super quick. Staff were friendly. Just their washroom sucked.
