Everyone at Lifetime Animal Center was very helpful. The reason for the three stars is when we brought our new cat in for it's first checkup they told us that she was a healthy 7 month old girl and they gave us a free dose frontline. Fast forward three months and we got an appointment to get her spayed at another vet because they were able to get us in sooner. After the surgery was over the new vet called us and told us that after getting our cat ready for surgery they realized that our cat was actually a boy! Lifetime told us that our cat was a girl and we have no idea how a vet could be so clueless to do a whole checkup and not realize that our cat was a BOY!

My dog's behavior suddenly changed, and I knew that something wasn't right. Our regular vet could not see us the day that I called, but I was really worried and did not want to wait. Lifetime got us in same day, even though my dog isn't their patient. We saw Dr. Berry, and I was really impressed. He was thorough and I appreciated that he involved me in the plan of care for my dog. Great place! Would recommend.
We had an emergency with our dog on Sunday afternoon and the vet who took care of us was kind, caring, and very compassionate to us in our time of need. Thank you very much.
