Horrible experience. I had to call on several occasions to even get an email back, not even a call. My questions were never answered, she just went ahead and filled my taxes without clarifying any questions I had. She stated she had experience with military clients, but clearly did not. I've never had to pay in and this is the first year I've paid in more than I usually get back. The filling fee is also more than double what I've ever paid which they don't state until you've filled. Strongly suggest going somewhere else-there are plently options.
I've been going to Teresa for my taxes for the past 4 years and every time my experience is amazing! She is extremely kind and professional. She's able to get me in and out of the office quickly every time, which I appreciate. I've never had to wait more than 3 to 7 days to get my refund. She makes something that could be stressful so effortless for me. I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my taxes. I highly recommend her!
