So far they have been very fair with us. They are reasonable if you need to be a day or two late. It's a buy here pay here type place so, did we pay too much for the car? of course. But that's what you get when you have bad or no credit. The owner, John, is a realistic guy, not overly salesy. Not your best friend, but not a jerk. I would recommend it if you can't buy a car outright and have few options.
Great to work with on a personal level but keep in mind that literally anything amd I mean anything that goes wrong on the car is "not covered under the warranty" even if its a transmission problem, full electrical problem, etc etc. Im on my 2nd car from them. 1st one was a mistake and 2nd one is an even bigger mistake. Theyre only good cause the payments can be worked with and their cars are cheap just like the integrity of the company.
I went here because my perfectly fine 2007 Chevy Aveo' s air started to go out in the summer. I have a son, and I spotted the most beautiful car I had ever seen, a 2008 Jeep Compass. I traded into it, and within a week, I had to get it towed for multiple reasons like the struts, the roters, the fuel gauge and tank, etc. For almost a month, I waited on this car. I work for a home health and hospice company, so it's super important I have reliable transportation. I finally caved after they told me I could be put into a new car. I chose a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage and the day I got it, it broke. They acted like it was my fault because both cars broke after being seemingly fine. So they again told me, after I had asked for a refund, that I could be put into a new car. And so I went through EVERY car, and chose a 2008 Cobalt Sport, which is completely impractical with a two year old. I chose it because out of every car on the lot, it didn't have any warning lights on the dash. And now I'm stuck with it, and I hate it. Stay far away.

I would say if you want a car that works 100% like a car from any car lot should be, don't come here. And if you have the money to work on your car and find a problem with it once a month, then sure come here.
For now it is just a one star because I am currently on my way to Car Mart to hopefully get in a reliable vehicle I can get back and forth to work in and have my daughter safely ride in. I'll add stars after my experience today. Wish me luck!
