The mechanics at the dealership showed me what they "found". They used channel lock pliers and proceeded to squeeze the drag link ends, tie rod ends, and track bar joints and call this "play". All these joints are spring loaded! They are suppose to be able to squeeze and bounce back! It is simply an old trick not approved by MOPAR to scare customers into doing what the mechanic wants. They mentioned nothing about the control arm bushings, nothing about the badly worn tires, and wanted to charge me 1300 to replace the whole front end, excluding the control arms!
Good place to get an oil change fast and reasonable
With all the positive reviews, I cannot believe how dishonest the mechanics at this dealership are. I took my Wrangler TJ in to get a second check on death wobble symptoms. I myself diagnosed the issue as bad control arm bushings and unevenly worn and very out of balance tires. My mechanic on base found the same issues without me telling him.
I took my vehicle here to have a basic oil change, but they convinced me to upgrade oil change w/tire rotation. I agreeded, and when I picked up my SUV it was $105 more than I'm used to paying for oil change and the tires had not been rotated. I called to discuss the non rotation and was told that they were in perfect place so they decided not to rotate but I was charged?! I understand that the employees of dealerships are pushed to upsale services to make company quota, may or may not be needed but this was ridiculous! BTW tires had not been rotated in over 9000 miles, hard to believe they were perfect!
I got new tires and upper/lower control arms for less than 500 installed AND it completely fixed the issue I was having. The TJ is super smooth now. I cannot believe that the dealership mechanics were trying to take advantage of a Uniformed Service member in the Air Force and a Female!!! Never going here for any kind of service again.

Quick insurance claim repair. Only had a minor fix, but was completed within a day. Employees were great and helpful. Called the rental place for me and they were there quick. When I returned to pick up my vehicle it was completely cleaned inside and out. Didn't expect that for the repair it received, but was thoroughly happy with the results. Of course it rained the next day, so it didn't last. Wouldn't hesitate to refer this business to anyone.
