I don't review things often but when I find a business that goes above and beyond my expectations or goes below even my lowest expectations I write a review. Fortunately, Ace Quick Lube is the former.
First, I should state that I have been to both Jiffy Lube and Ace. I am not here to leave negative feedback for Jiffy Lube. They did a fine job at changing my oil and the service I received there was fine. However, Jiffy Lube is a bit more expensive.

I found the customer service at Ace Quick Lube to be fantastic. First and foremost, they treated my wife with respect while I was not there. The same cannot be said of a lot of similar places. They will try to take advantage of women thinking they don't know anything about cars. In a lot of cases they don't, neither do a lot of men. These places use that lack of knowledge to upsell a lot of things that don't need to be done. Such was not the case with Ace Quick Lube. In fact, they were very upfront about what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done even when it meant not selling a certain service. I have a great deal of respect for such an establishment.
They earned my trust enough that I took both of my cars in for 60,000 and 100,000 mile servicing. Once again, they did a fantastic job. They never tried to upsell and they did a great job and as always they had fantastic customer service.
Great local service. And they don't pressure people into buying things that they don't need!
I keep commenting on the customer service because lets face it, mechanics generally suck at customer service. Everyone dreads calling a mechanic shop because they know it's going to be the weirdest phone conversation ever. Then you go to the place and it's the weirdest face to face conversation ever. These types generally have mechanical skills, not people skills. Ace Quick Lube has both!

These guys are wonderful, first thing is they work on weekends too, I went to this place for a flat tire repair and saw there was a need to change complete tire, when they found there was no matching tire in their garage, they gave good suggestions for replacement, and since the problem was not resolved they didn't charge me any money, really surprised. I would definitely go there next time for any tire issues.
It's always been a pleasant experience and they will always be my go to for anything I need done on my car that they can do.
