To the older gentleman who unnessacily chewed me out and im surprised didn’t tell me to get out, I hope you can proud of yourself on how you treat people that ask questions to get a better understanding on how to go about get auto body repairs done.
Went to this body shop find out and get estimates for a door swap. I went in and sat down asking to an older woman "what do i do or how do i get the ball rolling to have a door swap" an older gentleman sitting in the opposite desk across went on what i call and absolute tirade. He went into a great detailed rant on why they would not accept a door being shipped to their business, even though i asked what if i paid for the door right then and there. He rudely stated " I don’t care, i 've been doing this for 28 years."
All my experiences with them have been absolutely fabulous. The technicians are great, the front office personal is very welcoming and helpful. Every time my car looked like it did when it was brand new. Not only the body work but they also detail the inside, every time. Their logo of "Pride thru Craftsmanship" rings true with them. Will never take my vehicles any where else.
Great customer service. Quality work. Go the extra mile to make things look good even if it wasn't part of the damage.
Went in for an estimate and their estimate was half the price of another shop. Additionally they made a recommendation which saved new another $300 dollars. They are now my go-to-guys!
Absolutely shocked at this man rudeness i paused for a brief moment to gather my thoughts, He then stated "well, what do you want to do?" still shocked i replied "guess i'll still have to continue shopping." and left immediately
These guys are the best. They have fixed several of my vehicles throughout the years. They are very conscious about providing quality craftsmanship at an affordable price.
I went to another local body shop to ask the same question i asked here. They were so nice to me about it i actually started to break down and cry.
My asking that question wasn't by any means questioning his ability or knowledge, it simply because i did not understand. It not my car gets hit in an "Hit and Run" accident every day.
