Dr. Hanna has a huge heart and always wants to help everyone in sight. I have loved working with him and the other members of the staff. Dr. Hanna and staff always work hard to make all of the patients happy.

I appreciate that the staff was kind and knew what they were doing. However, I don't appreciate being led on to believe I was having a type 1 procedure done which is covered by my insurance when in fact they did a type 3 procedure which has a 12 month waiting period before my insurance would cover it. When I went in for my appointment, I let the people know that I had just gotten my insurance and have waiting periods on type 2 and type 3 procedures and that I was coming in for a simple dental checkup. Now I have a $221 claim because they did a type 3 procedure when I told them I didn't want anything more than Type 1. And then they failed to let me know that it was not in fact a simple teeth cleaning like I was told it was. I will not be coming back to this establishment as they fail to communicate and I am now out $221. .
