Came here in severe pain and they didn't diagnose me with anything, just said the strep test came out negative and advised me to gargle salt water. Couldn't sleep at all the night and had severe ear pain. Went to the health center the next day and was diagnosed with acute otitis media and pharyngitis. Waste of money and time. They don't care.
This is a wonderful clinic to have in Warrensburg. I have heard nothing but fabulous things about the care provided here. For those unexpected illnesses or urgent accidents, Western Missouri Family and Express Care is a true value to the community
I drove all the way from Sedalia to be seen at this clinic and it was well worth the 30 minute drive! I needed to get into a clinic quickly as my son was showing signs of RSV and I knew that I would have to pull him out of daycare depending on the results. We signed in and then waited to be called. Within 30 minutes of arriving, we were signed in, taken back to an exam room, and had the results of the test. My son was positive for RSV and the NP took time to explain to me what I needed to watch for in case hospitalization was necessary. Being a first time mom is scary when it comes to health but I felt so much better after leaving the clinic.
I have always had a fantastic experience at this clinic! I think it all comes down to understanding the process they utilize being an express care clinic versus a regular clinic or ED. They have always been so friendly and as expedient as their workload would allow. It is so important to have a quality express clinic so close to home!
