All in all the surgery turned out well, the reason why I give it 1 star is the after care was very rude. Almost like they wanted nothing to do with me.
After the surgery I was still in a lot of pain, so I called back and was only able to speak with Dr. Switzners nurse. She was very rude and done nothing for me. I called back the next day and got a different nurse who helped get me a refill on my pain medication.
The surgery went well, but afterwards I developed an infection in one of my incisions. Dr. Switzner put me on antibiotics and told me to call if I had any concerns. After going through all the pills I was still having redness, swelling and discharge. I called 3 times and was brushed off before they finally had me come in for the nurse to look at me to get me off their backs. I am very disappointed in their follow up care.
