The front desk was wonderful, but the wait just to get into the room was at least 30 minutes. Then we proceeded to the weigh in room which was covered in filth!! The room we waited in was another 30 minutes and also completely disgusting.. I mean stains dripping from the trash can and stains covering the walls and furniture. Horrible experience!!! We ended up leaving without seeing the pediatrician, because if the doctor was anything like the state in which the facility was in then I am not interested!!!
My daughter was born in January 2015, and they have been taking care of her ever since. Dr. Lovell is very attentive to her needs, and the office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will be taking her to Dr. Lovell for as long as possible!
