They list properties but do not answer their phones or call back when you leave messages. I left three messages over a one week period on two different rentals that came up as listed by them. I also e-mailed and get a canned response about "When do you plan to move in" And they still have yet to contact me to schedule to even see a property. I have also called several times during business hours and the phone is never answered. I even gave them dates and times I wanted to see properties and did not even get a response
I would like to see properties to determine if they are even in a condition I want to rent or suitable for my family. The ads they post also have no pictures, so without seeing it in person you have no information. I even tried to look at the location where they have one home pinned on the map and have driven past and there is nothing for over a mile on either side of the road.
I wouldn't rent from these very poor customer they never call you back when they say they would you have to call them and you get the run around you will pass from one person to other ,when it come down to getting approved for a house with them you get told they can't help you because you have bankrupt on your credit and your credit score is too low hello everyone make mistakes and you learn from them in my eyes they only want collage kids renting this house and news flash mmm hello you aren't buying the damn place you are renting it that why it say for rent I really hope this place can only get better before they end up losing a lot of customer
I would not recommend these folks as their level of customer service sucks. If I they were managing my home and not showing it I would be really upset as well. Advice if you want to be ignored as a customer on either end just try to reach them.
My family has been renting a home with Alpha for two years (starting our third). They have always been very prompt at responding to maintenance requests and I have thus far been quite pleased with the agency. Rick has been very polite, professional and pleasant to work with regarding any matter. I would recommend Alpha Property Management for anyone looking to rent a home in the area. If possible I will update this review with our move out experience as well when the time comes. Overall, they seem to be a great agency and do their best to make sure their tenants are taken care of!
Our family has trusted Alpha Property Management for nearly 8 years. We have other property management companies in other states and hands down Alpha is the best. I'm never concerned that they charged us for something that they didn't perform. Neither am I ever concerned that we were over charged. Their rate is surprisingly low (please don't read this and hike it:) and they consistently provide all of the documents accurately and on time.
