Another thing that I love is that they are so quick with fixing things. If something does break or malfunction they are there and fixing it. The staff is so helpful and caring. The apartments are well maintained and it honestly feels like home here❤️
Don't do it. This place is awful. The roommate pairing couldn't be more wrong. The took away amenities they said the offered when I signed the lease. The internet is horrible it and shut off during one of my college final. The electricity is abnormally high adding about $50 onto the $450 we are already paying. Good luck getting out of a lease once you've signed on. You literally have to die to get out of it.
I've just recently moved in but the staff is very friendly and are wonderful when it comes to moving you into an apartment that they think will best suit you. The extra accommodations they provide such as the pool and hot tub and fitness area alone are excellent but they also seem to do a lot of extra promotions such as taco Tuesdays and pool events. I'm very pleased so far with my Campus Evolution experience.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE. my rent is almost 450 every month. and for what? a room that I can barely even fit a bed in? there is no space. the roommate matching is absolutely terrible. the staff is rude... and for young girls that want to live here? think again. the staff (all males) enter my apartment COMPLETELY RANDOMLY almost every week.
I absolutely love living here! There is a lot of privacy but if you want to hang with people, it is like it’s own community. They have events such as painting pumpkins or their doggy dates. Also, they have their own pool, movie theatre, exercise room, and pool table. It is also close to campus!
I love living here! The apartments are very nice and clean. They have way more amenities than any other apartment complex in Warrensburg. The people are super nice too. Great place to live
