We used this facility for storage of larger dorm items over the summer for my daughter and friends who attend the university but come home during the summer. We compared many facilities before deciding as we knew my daughter would have to handle the transaction on her own and after talking with the owner, we felt this one was our best bet. He was very willing to explain his security measures and what they offered. It is located out east of town along 50, but most students have cars, so that wasn't an issue. Her security when accessing the storage area was a concern for us, but no issues here.. The entire facility is enclosed with gated fencing that requires a security code to enter. Once inside, the gate shuts and you have to key code to exit. The owner was very available and was there almost every time we/she were. He told us he does daily drive throughs and site inspections. He has specific rules about storing and accessing but nothing unusual. Unit was clean and dry, but still is a garage type storage. We bagged and boxed everything and found everything intact and still sealed when we picked it up. The driveway area is open, well lit and it was easy to get close to the unit to unload, etc. We had no issues at all and hope to use their storage next summer.
Great for storing our stuff while in transit with the military. Very clean, no insects. Climate controlled and best location to store stuff, due to the high security. We specifically looked for a place that was gated and this was it. The gentleman in the office was always kind and helpful. They even had a small rolling rack to help move things to your unit. Which we used a lot since we had a lot to put into the unit. This was the smoothest part of our move. :-)
