My storage unit was broken into and the people were not helpful at all. Very rude about the situation, and I'd never do business with them again if my life depended on it . Nothing is their responsibility, and again they just aren't helpful . You spend your money places and they act like they're doing you a favor. They claim burglaries happen every so often but they haven't taken any steps to at least secure the grounds . Terrible customer service and business overall.
Way more expensive than all of the other places in town. No reason for it, they are not climate controlled or anything. No wonder they have lots of available units :/
