Extremely rude when I called to get a quote and try to schedule a time for a front wheel alignment. Wouldn't have even gave a star but I have to. I didn't even make it to the shop in person so I can only imagine what their customer service would have been like. So if you want your intelligence insulted and be put down this is the shop for you.
Bill the owner is a good guy, low key, no nonsense. He and his assistant have always been very honest and accurate in diagnosing problems. They charge reasonable prices for their services in my experience. Their location is convenient, and they typically have appointments times available within 24 hours.
