very poor customer service. they do not communicate amongst each other so don't bother calling and telling them all info you will have to repeat all over again when u arrive. when you try to explain anything about what your working with make sure you have all detail or they will treat u like your stupid and don't know what your talking about. very seldom visit this store and will not be back ever. not all napa stores are like this. these owners just have poor business skills. I'll travel distance to another napa.

They were the only Parts House in town to have the part that I needed and believe it or not it was pretty good price it wasn't as expensive as I thought it was going to be

Sold my daughter a battery couple months ago, battery goes bad. So far no big deal. She jump starts the car, takes to the store, they test the battery and say it's bad (it's still installed in the car). Things happen, no big deal. Proceed to have her pay for the replacement battery (under warranty) while she is in the stores parking lot, and then says we will refund the purchase when you bring the old one back. WHILE she is in the parking lot with a bad battery. Like she's going somewhere....

One of them was that I tried to find a part and they said, "Napa doesn't carry it." That's complete bullshit! A friend of mine had just ordered that part from them not long before. I went over the part number, double checked my info and still he was like we don't carry it. Either he doesn't want to deal with me or he has no idea what he's doing. I have also come to this store around an hr before closing 3 or 4 times and they were closed. Don't have your business posted open till 6pm yet lock your doors at 5. poor business practice!

I walked out of a different parts store because after five minutes I had not been greeted or helped. At NAPA I was greeted the second I walked in. I got my windshield wiper and the lady even put it on for me.

Been here a few times and every time had a bad experience.

Customer service, much less chivalry, does not reside here.

No offer to help install, somewhat understandable, but she's a petite 20 year old college student. Knows not a wrench from a ratchet. Fortunately, another customer took pity and changed the battery for her.

Most of the other reviews basically cover this business quite accurately.
