Customer service is great, a couple of weeks ago I ordered some parts for my work van. For some reason the parts were not loaded on the delivery truck. I went to pick up the parts, however they were not at the store. Rusty the store manager sent the delivery truck back to the warehouse in Lee's Summit to get the parts ordered. I was able to get my van repaired that same day. I always shop at O"Reilly's in Warrensburg for most of my auto needs. The Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about automotive parts.
