They have excellent customer service and they are extremely helpful. Very honest workers who won't push unnecessary items or services on you. They explain in detail what's going on with the vehicle. I needed tires due to getting defective tires from a place in Texas. The people at the shop took the time to ask questions as to what type of tire I needed and a price range I was looking at. They even printed off photos and prices for some tires in the price bracket I was looking at. Not only did they order the tires but he ordered extra tires so when they add the tires to your car and see that one is defective and miss shaped,they won't put it on your vehicle, they put the good tires on and ship the defective tire back to the company that way you get all 4 quality tires. The last place I went to in Texas didn't do that and I ended up with 4 misshaped tires that caused vibrations. After I went to Preformance Automotive for new tires, the vibration went away.
