There is typically a line of people here waiting to have their vehicle serviced. It takes 10-15 minutes to be seen by an employee. The employees aren't very well organized with paperwork. Then it's a 1-2 hour wait for service. The issue that upset me most was when I got in my car after a tire rotation and balance, and there was grease/oil all over the steering wheel, shifter knob, car door handle, and armrests. I also got my remote key fob back with their service sticker adhesive all over it. Overall, the only positive about this service is the price and location. There are many negatives. My tires haven't stayed balanced very long when this location does the work.
Friendly service. Even though it took 2 hours to complete a tire replacement and an oil change I was impressed with their time since they only had 2 of the 6 technicians that were suppose to be working that day.
While the sign indicates open at 7:00 they are not really ready for business until at least 7:30. Computer system between stores do not recognize their own work history. Had the repeat name and number multiple times. The only customer in the place and so far it's been an hour.
