I went here with a friend to fix his phone that won't turn on anymore. After about five minutes of trying... she referred us to Smart Fix (also in Warrensburg) and low and behold, that store has been closed for some time now. Thanks for nothing AT&T. I see how you want your customers treated. I'll be swapping to Verizon as soon as I can.
The staff here are extremely helpful and courteous. I got my new phone set up quickly and with all the accessories I needed without having to wait for it to be ordered into the store. I definitely recommend the glass screen protectors they have. It's saved my phone more than once!
Gerald was working alone on 11/11/17 and 11/12/17. He was fantastic! He was conscientious, patient and went the extra mile. Give the man a raise & Make him a manager.
