Worst customer service ever at the Warrensburg, MO T-Mobile store. Wish I could rate it zero. Employees can do absolutely nothing to troubleshoot a non working phone. Have no batteries to see if the battery is bad, in a new phone I bought from them 10 days ago. 2 employees on duty when I arrived, helping one other customer. 40 minutes later, they tried one of the store chargers that keep the display modules charged. When that didn't work,which I already knew because I tried that during the 40 minutes I was waiting, they said I would need to come back with the original box my phone came in, so they could swap the nonworking, 10 day old phone, with a new new one. Weren't allowed they said to take a new battery out of the box to see if it was a battery problem. About an hour and fifteen mins to get a new phone. Been with T-Mobile for 18 years, but switching carriers to someone else now. BTW, the workers in the old T-Mobile authorized dealer location, which was in Swisher's (
Farm and Home back then), were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. -christopher peay
If I could choose 0 I would. Very poor service, lies and no help is what you will get. Told me they did not have any phones in the store....WHAT? Don't bother...find a different dealer.
