I have came into this sprint store maybe once a week with so many questions from headphones to new phones and they are always awesome! The best sprint store I have ever worked with. I usually work with Alyssa and she is super sweet and amazing! Hopefully I keep having great experiences with them. =). They will not disappoint you!
The person that helped us was very helpful. Cant say to much about the other girl that was helping the people right next to us though. She was very rude to the person she was helping.
Kyle was absolutely amazing and went the extra mile to help us out! Sprint is lucky to have Kyle as a rep that handles customers!!!
I went in for some phone accessories. Alyssa was immediately available to help me figure out what brand I wanted and which specific products fit my needs. She was knowledgeable about the products and a pleasure to be helped by. Overall, a great experience.
We have had nothing but horrible customer service from the manager of this store. Also they tell us something and do another. They are hungry for your money thats all they care about. I wouldnt recommend this store, nor sprint at this point. Very sad
