I called for emergency service. Vince came out and was not only professional and courteous but he went above and beyond anything you would expect given the circumstances. A class act. We will get all our HVAC need addressed through Air Design going forward. I cannot thank them enough.
Air conditioning went out. 90 degrees outside. Called competitor. Couldn't come out for 3 days. Called Air Design. came the same day. Came back the same day with estimate. Installed New A/C system suitable for my House size within the week. Works 10 times better than original A/C! VERY happy!!
Called before hours the morning we got up and our AC wasn't running but no cold air was coming from the vents. They came out immediately on the same day which was a bonus because of the recent heat and we didn't expect a visit until the next day at the earliest. He determined that the issue was a faulty capacitor very quickly and replaced it without issue. AC was up and running again by 9 am. Thank you Travis.
Christmas Eve our family woke up and the heater was out. Most technicians won't answer the phone but when I called he answered promptly. I Could tell I woke him up but he sounded as nice as possible that early. He came out in a reasonable amount of time and had a good personality and working knowledge. 20+years of experience he explained what he was looking at and helped restore the heat. Excellent service. Called on a Saturday and the initial response was great. Technician arrived and quoted some additional work and stated he would call that Monday to schedule the next appointment. After never being called and me reaching out to the company four separate times, I was eventually told that the owner wanted to come look at my A/C and quote the work (that I was already quoted), but it would be two days before he could come out (I had already been waiting nine days before I was told this information) and it would be about two weeks until it would be done. No thanks. We were able to get someone else out the next day and get the work we needed done in less than two hours.
