Can't even get them to return phone calls
They came out in March or April and "fixed" our a.c. Now it's June and it isn't working again. Last time they just guessed that the freon needed recharging and they never answer their phone. We have a newborn who it's constantly hot so we have to keep fans on all day. If it wasn't so expensive to get a new one put in, we would definitely take our business elsewhere. I DO NOT recommend this "company" to anyone.
They called me back right away, fit me in, and took care of everything for us.
