Good service, good price
I'm starting to lose my patience. I want CRC to keep me updated on my laptop. I'll increase the rating if I get updates from CRC.
I found that their employees were very nice and assured me that my phone screen would only take about 15-20 minutes, but three days in they still have yet to fix it or call me to tell me if anything else is wrong.
Every time a have a problem with anyone of my 3 computers they fix it. The best girls around. Can't ask for better pricing or better service anywhere.
This review is to let people know what this shop does. I thought they were very nice emplyees and the shop seemed nice. However, I went in because the cooling fan on my laptop failed. I was assured that it was a simple process (but it took 2 1/2 weeks to complete) the parts shipped quickly but the install is where things got bad. They never updated me about what they were doing. Everytime i called them they would always say "we were just about to contact you" but when asked what about they never seemed to know what they were calling to say. After i got the laptop back I noticed some minor damage like scrapes and scuffs but nothing too notiable until i looked closer. a dent on the upper right of the chassis leads me to think that the computer was dropped under their care. lastly the cooling outlet was hacked up, missing parts of the grille. They did do the install and the fan did work after it was given back to me. Only downside, the fan stopped working 2 months later. I will not go back to them but hope other customers have better luck
