It was awesome! I went in to get my laptop fixed because my screen was only showing a black screen for the whole day. after I had turned it in... the next day I realized I had a warranty. so I decided to get my computer back. I told them that I would still pay the diagnostic fee since they held it for a day but they didn't make me pay it. After, as I was getting ready to take it to best buy to get a new computer, suddenly my laptop started working again. I called them to see if they had actually done something on it before I picked it up. they said that they ran a diagnostic test on it so the only physical thing they did was take it apart and put it back together. The guy said it could have had a bad connection with something and when they put it back together it fixed the problem. So... basically I got my laptop fixed for free :) they had great customer service and they know what they are doing.
Walked in waited 10mins for someone to even acknowledge I was there to get my laptop fixed just left since my buisness wasn't wanted.
I took my computer here because it was crashing, and was told they'd look at it and get back to me tomorrow. They never got back to me, and every day for about 3 weeks I'd call up and they'd tell me it'd be ready tomorrow. It was never fixed and eventually they told me "oh yeah, there isn't anything we can do to fix your computer." Going here is a complete waste of time, I don't understand how they are still in business.
My motherboard broke, I brought it in and did not get my computer back for almost 3 months. I had to be very aggressive to get any information about my computer. They were very nice to talk with and friendly, but took way too long. I have family that works IT, they were appalled that the repair took so long. I would recommend the Computer Repair Center only to your enemies.
