The location is nice and close to campus if you are a student. The worse thing about these apartments is the land lady, Margie. Whenever you need something fixed at the apartment it would take at least 3 days for her to get back to you. I only ever got anything done by talking to Phil. One thing that they had no control over was the noise/parties that happened across the street at the other apartments.
Terrible don't live her. The landlord Margie is unhelpful and very unprofessional and goes back on her word. Won't even give me the owners number to file a complaint. Margie is very unprofessional. Do not recommend living her.
