I used to volunteer there one day a week. It's owned, managed, and ran by Mr. and Misses Shields. They allow people to stay there but they make sure that you are trying to get back up on your feet. They have strict but easy guild lines to follow. Many people complain because they try to take advantage of what is being provided for them and aren't really wanting a leg up, but a hand out.
