The 2 bedroom apartments are very nice, and the amenities are good for the start up price. Washer and drier on site, and a dishwasher and fridge are already included. Landlord is very prompt on any concerns reported to him. The are currently renovating the buildings, but are doing a great job. I would highly recommend this place!
I would live there longer except that I graduated and my job is in Kansas City. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, affordable place in a college town.
The management apparently just switched before we got an apartment here but our land lord, Mike seems to be a pretty nice reasonable guy and a good handy man!

I absolutely loved living in Electric Springs. I lived there my senior year at UCM and it was a wonderful, quiet place to live. Spacious 2 bedroom apartments (they are outdated, but I didn't mind) for a great price- $440/ month. I really enjoyed having a back patio to grill and sit out on when the weather was nice.
I moved to Electric Springs a few months ago and have had a great experience so far. My boyfriend and I got a completely renovated two bedroom with all new appliances, carpeting, and fresh paint for a reasonable 510 a month some utilities included.
Maintenance was great! I only had 1 problem with my stove not working, and the maintenance guy was there within an hour and immediately fixed the problem!
