I don't recommend this company
They have always treated us really well. They worked with us when we had something come up and were late paying rent. They also are pretty quick to make it out when something needs fixed.
Not the kind of service one would expect when spending over 1K per month for rent in small town Missouri.
I have rented through Home Rentals for an accumulative 5 years or so. I have had no issue getting my apartments fixed or if I needed anything the ladies are always willing to help. I recommend this rental company over any of the others in town.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE... heed my warning... NEVER EVER EVER EVER rent from this junk company. .. MATENENCE MAN SUCKS, and this company could care less about your home problems. Rented from them for a year.. during this year we live with black mold behind our stove, lived with cracks in our ceiling that leaked water, lived with an air conditioning unit that also leaked water underneath our stove and into our hallways, and we also live with a giant hole in our bathroom that leak water on to the toilet, do not ever under any circumstance rent from home rentals and management I am saving you a huge headache..
Don't expect refunds in a timely manner, if ever.
Horrible rental company! Our heater went out on a Friday evening so we told our landlord on Saturday morning. She told us we would have to pay $50 for the maintenance guy to come LOOK at the heater. She ended up sending a professional heating & cooling guy on Monday and that company was open on Saturdays. We had holes in many walls and in the bathroom before we moved in. I wrote it all down and gave them a copy of that paper. Never fixed any of the holes but when we moved out they tried to blame us for the damage. Yes, we did do some but not much. We told them the kitchen sink sprayer wouldn't work so they sent the maintenance guy to "fix" it. Robin told us we were great tenants. Too bad she's a horrible landlord. She's also the mayor.
The management company is weak at best. Although the house I rented was nice, requests for safety related repairs (rotted out stairs) were ignored until I made a fuss about the safety of my wife and child. Likewise other repairs (dishwasher, leaking window, etc) were ignored for weeks. Some were never addressed.
