Overall not a bad place to live. Our apartment was in decent shape, but it definitely felt outdated. The complex was constructed in the 1970s and most of the apartment still feels like the 70s. Luckily we didn't have any major maintenance issues. For the issues we did have, the maintenance guy was quick to come and fix it.
Just dropping off a person that lives here
There seems to be some issue with management. I lived here for only a year and there have been three different managers. But please be aware! I was charged $180 for carpet cleaning which was deducted from my deposit. Apparently they charge everyone for carpet cleaning. I was not notified of this when I signed my lease.
The buildings themselves aren't in great shape. The hallway carpets are stained, the mailbox doors are loose, the building entrances are falling apart, and some of the hallway lights constantly burn out. There is only one washer and dryer per building, so be prepared to wait sometimes.
Our apartment overall was okay, but the neighbors were pretty terrible. Half of them were college students who loved playing super loud music until 2AM on the weekends. The rent was high for Warrensburg, but at least trash, water, and a portion of the gas was paid by management. The AC units are fairly new, so that helps keep electric costs down in the summer.

I'd live here again, simply because it's one of the nicer places in Warrensburg (which is known for shady rentals).
