This place is one of those places every veteran should retire. When they get to the point they're struggling to keep up on their own house and need to start looking for a place to stay this place is awesome! One of their volunteers took me on a tour. It's a wonderful place with so much more activities and Recreation areas than any other retirement Care Facility I've seen so far. And it's extremely affordable also.
My father-in-law was a resident at this "heaven on earth" for 15 years. He had true friends in the caregivers who tended to his needs, keeping him comfortable, well-fed, and entertained all through his days. He could not have had a better place to live and make friends. We marveled at the generous and dedicated staff members at the Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg. After his peaceful death with caregivers and family at his side, we tell everyone that this is the finest place for their loved ones who are Veterans.They will be treated with dignity, respect, and above all, unconditional love.
This is an amazing home for our Veterans. I could not be happier with the care given by the wonderful staff at Missouri Veterans Home, Warrensburg. My Dad is in a great place.
Awesome staff. And the Veterans of course were so much fun to talk to! I helped escort at a runway event and everyone had a great time!
