Garbage internet speeds that I've tested multiple times. Latency usually at 60 which is horrendous. Packet loss of 5 percent. Which is unheard of bad. And your lucky to get over 5 mps upload and download. Not to mention it's impossible to call your local branch. And then it takes about 10 minutes of phone time to get a human if you're lucky. Bar none worst dealings with a utility company I have ever had. Avoid at all costs. I would pay double just to get a company to provide 50 mps. They promise speeds up to 100 mps and don't even scratch the surface.
Not only did I pay my bill, and them say 3 weeks later received a bill for that same amount. Loved charter, hate customer service and billing department. Ended up cancelling my service due to the lack of customer service.
I love my Charter. I could not live without it. I get the best service ever. Amazing customer service. The local office people are amazing in handling any problems I have. The speed is amazing. I have been a charter customer for years. If I had to move, having Charter would be a huge factor in where I moved to. Choose Charter, you won't regret it.
3 years ago my bill was $49. I am now paying over $70 for ONLY internet. My connection is constantly being interrupted and there's no excuse for location. It's not like I'm in the middle of nowhere. I was contacted by a Spectrum rep to "take advantage" of a bundle deal (phone, internet, and cable) for 30 days. I was told that if I wasn't satisfied that I could cancel the bundle but still enjoy a discount for 12 months. I called to cancel 30 days later because I'm hardly home to even enjoy the cable I was paying for and they told me that I had to pay the full amount for the services I was provided and that I was misinformed...that there was no such discount offered. Thanks assholes for sweet talking me out of 100 bucks. I would NEVER recommend Spectrum to anyone. Do your research on other services provided in your area.
