When we left they basically stole our deposit for B.S. reasons. If you go through any rental service in Warrensburg I would recommend Rich Rentals. At least they were up front and not shady.
Beware of these shysters. They will put you up in a nasty, unclean, bug/rodent infested house apartment. I lived in a house owned by them in Warrensburg, MO while going to school. Their idea of a "cleaning crew" is a lady and her three kids ranging from 6-10 years old. The maintenance people will steal and go through your stuff if you're not around.
